Our client is a division of the German company ART Gruppe, which specializes in the production of control cabinets and equipment as well as cable packaging. The company uses the SAP ERP system on a daily basis, and due to legal regulations concerning the industry in which ART operates, the company's management was forced to implement solutions enabling the payment of liabilities based on the Split Payment mechanism. Another area of cooperation was implementation work related to the adaptation of the SAP ERP system to the latest reporting requirements as part of the Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T).
Our company was selected to carry out this task, and the project was implemented in cooperation with the ART Gruppe IT Department that was responsible for technical maintenance of the SAP system. The last area in which we supported ART Plakowice was production planning – here our consultants developed a model for optimizing the processes of creating sales orders and generating messages sent to customers.
